How to use Hatch with Contractor Commerce

How do I set up the Integration?

To begin you will need to create a Custom Source in Hatch. For a more detailed write up, please visit Hatch documentation.

1. Create API Key / Custom Source in Hatch
   1. Click on "App Marketplace"
      
   2. Create Custom Source
      
   3. Click "Create Custom Source"
      
   4. Enter Label and Name
       
      1. Entering a label will automatically fill in a name
         
   5. Click "Create Custom Source" again to save
      
   6. Custom Source is now saved
      
   7. Generate API Key (if needed). Select "API Keys" in App Marketplace
      
   8. Select Create API Key
      
   9. Enter a label for API Key and click "Create API Key" to save
      
   10. API Key is now created

4. Test Connection
   1. Use the "Test Connection" button to send a first name, last name, and email to Hatch to test the connection you just created. This will create a Contact in Hatch if Successful.
      

How do I enable the Integration in Contractor Commerce?

1. In your Contractor Commerce Dashboard, click on Settings > Integrations > Configure
   
2. Enter your Hatch API Key and Source from the steps above flip the Enabled switch to On.
   
3. From here Test Connection and then Save. You are all set!
