How do I configure Recurring Service Events to trigger filter orders to my customers
For ServiceTitan users who wish to automate the delivery of filters or other dropship products to their membership customers
Configure ServiceTitan Recurring Service Events
- Ensure that you have Equipment Records (SKU's) setup for the filters that need to be shipped. This can be done from the "Equipment" tab.
- Add a custom field for tracking Filter Qty.
- Add a Recurring Service Type value.
- Configure an active Membership.
- Ensure that a location with a shipping address exists in the Membership.
- Add a Recurring Service to the Membership for the filter replacement, or edit an existing one.
- Add the customer's filter SKU to the Recurring Service on the Membership.
- Create/Identify a Report that contains the location of the Recurring Service, the Filter SKU, and the filter Qty.
