How do I edit my Company Profile?

Editing the logo, company name, and more

The Company Profile section of our Dashboard allows you to edit the following items on your account:

1. Company Logo
   1. Shows up in email communications with your customers (order confirmations, tracking information, and filter reminders)
   2. Use a PNG if possible (transparent background)
2. Company Name
   1. Shows up in communications with your customers. Some of our email templates pull in the name directly from this field, so use you company name how you would like customers to see it.
3. Doing Business As (D.B.A.)
   1. Will not show up on any communications
4. First Name & Last Name
   1. Main POC for the account. This can sometimes show up in email browsers when a recipient checks out the "from" address.
5. Phone & Email
   1. Shows up on communications with your customers. Recommended to use the main business line or one specifically dedicated to customer support. This is listed on communications as "if you have any questions, call us at X".
6. Payout Bank Descriptor
   1. What shows up on your bank statements when we make deposits
      1. ex: "Contractor Commerce Filter deposit"
7. Company Website
   1. Add the domain of the website where the shop will be installed.
8. Click Save when finished
