Plugin Troubleshooting Checklist
What to do if the Plugin isn't displaying:
If you're having trouble with the plugin, don’t worry — this article will walk you through a few quick steps to get things back on track. Most issues can be resolved in just a few minutes with basic checks.
Below, we’ve outlined the most common causes and how to fix them. If you still need help after trying these steps, our Success team is here for you.
- Ensure your Navigator is active
- Our newest installation method uses what our system calls a Navigator
- Go to Store Management > Journeys > Navigator and ensure the one for the Store is Enabled.
- If not, click Update, check the box, and hit "Save".
- Check if your website utilizes Nitro Pack
- This is a tool websites use to make their pages load faster
- We have found this to cause load issues with our plugin
- You may need to consult your web/marketing person for assistance
- We recommend configuring the plugin to ignore our script in the <head> and also not running on the www and non-www versions of the Shop page.
- Check your website snippet code
- Consult with your web/marketing person and have them inspect the plugin code
- Ensure it matches the code in your Dashboard

- Each tab has its own visibility that can be toggled on and off
- Shop, Services, Journeys can all be turned off independently
- Login to your Dashboard and navigate to General > Shop / Store > Products (or Services or Systems) and toggle on or off
