How do refunds for filters work?

Refund policy of Contractor Commerce and suggested guidelines for contractors.

Part 1 - Contractor Commerce's refund policy

Contractors are responsible for setting their own return policy for filter sales.

Contractor Commerce does not accept returns or exchanges on orders that have already shipped.

What happens if Contractor Commerce ships the wrong size/damaged filter?

● If the filter is damaged in the shipping or delivery process and not accepted by the
contractor's customer, we will ship a replacement filter free of charge.

● If we shipped the wrong product or quantity of products and the shipment was not
accepted by your contractor's customer, please contact us and we will make sure the
correct filter/quantity is delivered to your customer.

What happens if the contractor’s customer orders the wrong size filter?

The contractor is responsible for setting their own customer service policy for filters.

This can include:

● Issuing a refund to the customer through the contractor’s command center at the
expense of the contractor. This will be deducted from the contractor’s payout at the end
of the week/month.

● Issuing a partial refund or credit to the customer and ensuring the customer orders the
correct filter size through their website.

● Not issuing a refund to the customer.

● The contractor can direct the customer to discard, donate or return the filter/s to the
contractor via delivery or pickup. The contractor can then re-use the filter/s at their
discretion.

*Please keep in mind the filters are shipped with your company information on the packing slip so you will be contacted by the customer in the rare instance that there is a problem with the shipment
