How do I enable the ST integration?
It's best to have a meeting with your account manager first to discuss all the features that come with our ST integration. A meeting with the account manager will be required to fully activate the integration.
You can email, call, or book a meeting anytime with your account manager by visiting the Dashboard and clicking in the bottom right corner as pictured below:
What comes with the ST Integration?
We have a few different items that integrate from our end to ServiceTitan. Depending on your specific use of ServiceTitan, you may find value in different parts of our integration. You will have 1:1 support getting set up and continually maintaining the integration from your Account Manager anytime needed.
