      How Can I See the IP Address of a Journey Submission?

      How to Find the IP Address of a Customer Who Submitted a Buying Journey

      If you're looking to see the IP address of a customer who completed a Buying Journey on your site, you can find that information directly within your Contractor Commerce dashboard. This can help identify where a lead originated from or understand patterns in website activity.

      Note: At this time, the IP address is view-only. There is no action you can take (such as blocking or filtering) directly from the dashboard screen.

      Steps to View the IP Address:

      1. Log in to your Contractor Commerce dashboard.

      2. Navigate to Store Management > Journeys > Configure

      3. Click on Show Analytics on the specific Journey the submission came in on

      4. Click on View Raw Data to progress to the next screen

      5. Search by time frame and user name, email, or address to locate the Lead

      6. IP Address will be in the column next to the First Name
