Getting System leads through your online shop

With Contractor Commerce Journeys you are able to offer System Quotes directly through your online shop. We recommend having a separate CTA for this on your website that takes the customer directly to this portion of your shop as seen in our demo site below.
A link to your Journey can be sent to clients via email, mailer, or anything that will hold a QR code or URL link so the opportunities are endless!
The Journey will ask your customer for all the relevant information from your customer to match them up with some potential system options such as:
- Name & Phone number
- Address
- Type of System they are interested in (Heating + Cooling or Water Heater)
- Size of Area the system will serve (1000 sqft, 1500-3000 sqft, etc)
- Where the unit is located (Basement, garage, attic, closet, etc)
- Systems Energy source where applicable (Natural Gas / Propane OR Heat Pump etc
Most of the options and text are customizable through your dashboard so you can personalize the quoting tool to your brands language. Check with your Account Manager for more details.
Once all the information is collected from your customer they will be shown relevant System options based on their selections. We use a "Good Better Best" model which can be customized to your liking.
Once the Customer selects their preferred System they will be given some dates and times to select:

The end result is your customer receiving a confirmation with your branding for a follow up and most importantly a hot lead sent to your Contractor Commerce Dashboard for you and your team to follow up on!
