Cost, charge schedule, and policy terms for Lead Fees
What are lead fees?
A Lead fee occurs when one of your customer successfully proceeds through your Journey to receive a quote converting into a warm Lead in your dashboard. We don't track whether or not these Leads converted into a sold job on your end and charge the same Lead fee for all instances other than test leads, spam / abuse, or duplicate leads.
The price per lead varies based on your plan type:
- CORE+
- $20 per lead
- ADVANTAGE+
- $10 per lead
- UNLIMITED+
- NO lead fees / Unlimited leads!

What are lead disputes?
As mentioned above, we will not charge you the lead fee for the following instances. These are Disputes:
- Test lead - You or one of your employees were testing out the Journey
- Spam / Abuse - A telemarketer or company was filling out your Journey
- Duplicate - This lead is a duplicate of another lead
- Our system will automatically dispute any lead detected as a duplicate lead in the same month based on address, email or phone.
When do I need to dispute them?
We always recommend disputing any lead that you determine to be one of the above scenarios immediately. The charges for lead disputes goes in effect on the 4th of every month. This gives you a couple days after the month begins to dispute your leads from the month prior.
How do I process a lead dispute?
Visit the Contractor Commerce Dashboard and navigate to Store Management > Leads
Once on this page click on the status and it will open a drop down to select dispute
Once you click dispute, you will be taken to a screen to select your dispute reason from the drop down. Simply select and click Save and you are all set!
What happens if I miss the cut off date to dispute a lead?
Our system will have the cut off of the 4th of every month to dispute any leads from the prior month. If you attempt to dispute the lead you will see this error message below:
