Controlling the pricing of your filters
We give you the freedom to markup the filters in your online shop. We recommend checking your local pricing to stay competitive. Offering Multipacks is a great way to stay competitive with lower pricing. We generally see our customers marking up their filters from 25-40% and still staying competitive with large retailers. Service your customers needs and still earn profit. A Win Win!
Where can I set the markup?
Visit the Contractor Commerce Dashboard and navigate to Store Management > Products > Bulk Pricing & Discounts
We recommend adding a Bulk markup to all products first. If you decide there are certain items you would like to have a higher or lower markup you can click edit on the individual product and set the markup by editing the Customer Price (shipped):
Any products with Custom pricing need to have Auto update toggled off
Notables:
- You can set a separate markup for when a customer choses to do Will Call
- Will call is automatically turned off for your account
- Will Call can be activated by editing a product and toggling the switch on. It's controlled on an individual product level
- You can set the discount that will apply for when a customer signs up for a subscription (Auto Delivery)
