Where can I find the information needed for the integration in my ServiceTitan account?
Now that you have enabled the ST integration, you will need to take a few more steps inside the Contractor Commerce Dashboard to allow Contractor Commerce to access your ServiceTitan Account.
This portion will require you to grab some information from your ServiceTitan account to input into the Contractor Commerce Dashboard. Instructions on the ServiceTitan portion can be found here.
- You should be in the section from our last article
- Settings > Integrations > Advanced Integrations > ServiceTitan
- Click on the Getting Started tab
- You will need to complete 3 items inside of ServiceTitan
- New booking provider that you will create in ST
- Tenant ID that you will send to your Account Manager
- Provide App Access - Add Contractor Commerce to your ServiceTitan account
- You account manager will need to confirm that they have entered your Tenant ID on our end before you can complete this step
- There will be detailed instructions on how to achieve the 3 items listed above inside your Contractor Commerce Dashboard, but you can also refer to this article
- Once this information is obtained from ST and you have confirmed with your Account manager you will be ready to Establish a connection
