What is Contractor Commerce's Filter Return Policy?

Steps for processing refunds

Who's responsible for processing Filter returns and refunds?

You are responsible for setting your own return policy for filter sales. Contractor Commerce does not accept returns or exchanges on any order that has already shipped. If a one off situation occurs please reach out to your Account Manager or Success@contractorcommerce.com

 


What happens if Contractor Commerce Ships the wrong size or a damaged filter?

  • If the filter is damaged in the shipping or delivery process and not accepted by your customer, we will ship a replacement filter free of charge.
  • If we shipped the wrong product or quantity of products and the shipment was not
    accepted by your customer, please contact us and we will make sure the
    correct filter/quantity is delivered to your customer ASAP.

 


What happens if your customer or orders the wrong size filter?

You are responsible for setting your own customer service policy for filters.

 

This can include:

  • Issuing a refund to your customer through your dashboard at your expense. This will be deducted from your payout at the end of the week/month.
  • Issuing a partial refund or credit to the customer and ensuring the customer orders the
    correct filter size through your website.
  • Not issuing a refund to the customer.
  • You can direct the customer to discard, donate or return the filter/s to you via delivery or pickup. You can then re-use the filter/s at your discretion.



What happens if Contractor Commerce or the carrier causes an issue with the shipment?

In these instances, you will not incur any costs when either Contractor Commerce or the Carrier is found to be at fault. Simply visit the dashboard and follow the prompts for processing a return. You will be asked if it's a replacement and if a new item needs to be reshipped as well. Our system will take care of the rest!

 



*Please keep in mind the filters are shipped with your company information on the packing slip so you will be contacted by the customer in the rare instance that there is a problem with the shipment*
