This section will cover ServiceTitan Auto Filter Delivery. We recommend having a meeting with your Account Manager to ensure everything is configured correctly.
What’s the use case for this feature?
Contractor Commerce will evaluate your ServiceTitan recurring service events inside ServiceTitan and automatically fulfill filter orders on your behalf for each subscribed customer. When enabled, you will be billed directly using your payment method on file. Orders will be batched and charged daily based on what recurring service events have come due. When batches of orders are created from this interface, they will appear in the Wholesale Orders section of your Dashboard.
How does it work once activated?
Once activated we create a Vendor inside of ServiceTitan called “Contractor Commerce”. We also you to select which categories the Filter items will be added to inside your Service Titan:
Visit the Contractor Commerce Dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > ServiceTitan > Sales > Auto Filter Delivery > toggle on
Select the Recurring Services that should trigger filter orders:
These will show what you currently have in ServiceTitan. You may want to create a new one for Contractor Commerce.
Configure your Product Settings:
To build a new order, our system will need to locate the filter SKU connected to each recurring service event. A custom report will need to be created in ServiceTitan to facilitate this functionality. The new report should contain at least the following items:
- SKU
- Active Recurring Service
- Filter Qty (custom field)
Use the drop downs in the dashboard once configured:
Configure Approval and Status Settings:
Select the Recurring Service Events status codes that should trigger filter orders. The Statuses you select should reflect open orders you would like filled.
Each day our system attempts to create filters orders using the following preferences. Choose from the drop downs:
Once completed you can click Preview Orders to test and you're all set!
